Introduction, not purchase
Deal Done Property is an introduction service. We put you in touch with an independent cash buyer; we do not buy property, make offers, value property or give advice. Any offer is made by the buyer to you, and any sale is a contract between you and them. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the buyer's conduct, although we do remove buyers who breach our standards and we want to hear about it if one does.
Information, not advice
The guides, comparisons and calculators are general information about the UK property market. They are not legal, financial or valuation advice and do not take your circumstances into account. Percentages and timescales describe what is typical, not what you will be offered. Take independent legal advice before exchanging contracts, and if you are in mortgage difficulty talk to your lender and a free debt advice charity before you sell.
Accuracy
We try to keep figures accurate, but the market changes. Calculator results are estimates from the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site.
